More than 1,200 dancers gathered for the 2016 Dance Marathon, committing to stand for 24 hours (absolutely no sitting allowed). They took on the challenge to raise money for pediatric therapy programs at University of Michigan’s C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital and at Beaumont Hospital.
In its 19th year, the U-M Dance Marathon raised $475,807.05. A substantial portion of the funds will benefit the Child and Family Life program at Mott.
