CHAMPS for Mott Raises Funds for Pediatric Research

The fourth annual CHAMPS for Mott fundraiser featured the ever-so-tasty culinary gala on May 20, held at the Delta Air Lines hangar at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport, followed by a golf outing at the Oakland Hills Country Club on May 22. The gala was hosted by David Burtka, celebrity chef, actor and University of Michigan alumnus. Chefs from across the state of Michigan — from Ann Arbor to Traverse City and beyond — offered their services in a delightful mashup of Michigan’s favorite cuisines.

At the golf outing, all participants and guests were able to meet with and join British Open champion and 12-time PGA Tour winner Justin Leonard out on the links.

Nearly 500 guests attended the culinary gala and 120 Mott supporters participated in the golf outing, raising a grand total of $580,000 for the #LittleVictors!

CHAMPS for Mott was made possible thanks to our co-presenting sponsors Delta Air Lines and Lexus of Ann Arbor.
